Introduction

These terms cover the working relationship between Social Buddy Studios and anyone who uses this website or engages us for creative services. By browsing this site or working with us, you're agreeing to what's written here. Nothing buried, nothing tricky. If something isn't clear, just ask.

Our Services

Social Buddy Studios provides branding, social media management, website design and development, content creation, copywriting, Amazon A+ content, and digital marketing services. The exact scope of work for any project is agreed upon in writing before we begin. We don't start work without a clear brief and a signed agreement.

Payments

Projects are billed on a milestone structure — typically 50% upfront, 30% at midpoint, and 20% on delivery. Retainer engagements require a minimum three-month commitment with one month's fee paid in advance (non-refundable). Payment terms are outlined in your individual proposal. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding amount is cleared.

What You Can Expect From Us

We deliver what we agree to, on the timeline we agree to. If something comes up on our end that affects delivery, we'll tell you early. You'll always know where things stand. We don't go quiet.

What We Need From You

Timely feedback, accurate briefs, and necessary approvals at each stage. Delays caused by late client feedback may push the project timeline back accordingly. We can only do our best work when we have what we need from your side.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately. Revision requests need to be consolidated — we don't action feedback that arrives in ten separate messages over three days.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once the project is paid in full, all final deliverables become your property. Work that hasn't been fully paid for remains the property of Social Buddy Studios. We reserve the right to feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you've explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

Draft work, concepts, and ideas that weren't selected remain ours.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business stays between us. We don't share client information with third parties. We expect the same in return — our processes, pricing, and internal documents are confidential.

What We Don't Take Responsibility For

We're not liable for third-party platforms, tools, or services used as part of a project (hosting providers, ad platforms, marketplaces, etc.). We're also not responsible for results that depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, platform algorithm changes, or client-side execution gaps.

We deliver strong creative work. What you do with it after handover is on you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a project mid-way, work completed up to that point will be billed at the agreed rate. The non-refundable advance covers the work done during onboarding, discovery, and initial creation regardless of cancellation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after an update means you're okay with the new terms.
